By booking an appointment, creating an account, or otherwise using https://castherapylmt.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book an appointment.
Service Description
CasTherapyLMT offers appointments with Ryan Caswell. Times shown on the booking page are available subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking.
Booking and Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email and/or text message from us. The confirmation includes the time, date, length, and payment status of the appointment.
Payment
You may pay by credit/debit card (processed by Square at booking time) or by Venmo (paid manually before or at the session). Card transactions are charged when the booking is created. Venmo payments are due no later than the start of the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are fully refunded (for Square payments) or not invoiced (for Venmo).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. The full session fee is owed.
You can reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Reschedules within 24 hours of the original time are handled as a cancellation plus a new booking, which means the original fee is retained.
No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without notice, the full session fee is owed.
Client Conduct
You agree to:
- Arrive on time and ready for your session.
- Communicate any health conditions, injuries, medications, or pregnancy that might affect the session.
- Not arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- Treat Ryan Caswell and the workspace with respect.
is a professional service. Any sexual conduct, advance, harassment, or inappropriate behavior ends the session immediately, with no refund. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Medical Disclaimer
is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Ryan Caswell is not a physician. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before scheduling a session. Disclose any health issues, injuries, recent surgeries, medications, or pregnancy so we can adapt the session safely.
Certain conditions are contraindicated and we may decline to perform a session in those cases. This is for your protection.
Right to Refuse Service
Ryan Caswell may decline to begin or continue a session at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law, including but not limited to safety concerns, client conduct, or contraindicated health conditions.
Limitation of Liability
involves physical contact and pressure. You agree that CasTherapyLMT and Ryan Caswell are not liable for injuries that arise from health conditions you didn’t disclose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on https://castherapylmt.com — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by CasTherapyLMT or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
