CasTherapyLMT (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at https://castherapylmt.com or book an appointment with us, how we use that information, and the limited circumstances under which we share it.

Information We Collect

When you book an appointment we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • The date, time, and length of your appointment, and any optional notes you provide.
  • Whether you have consented to receive appointment-related emails and text messages, plus the timestamp of that consent.
  • Payment metadata — Square returns a payment confirmation ID; we never see or store full card details. For Venmo, we receive only a confirmation that you paid manually.

When you create an account we additionally store an encrypted password and your consent preferences as account-level records.

We do not run third-party analytics on this site, and we do not place advertising cookies. The only cookies we use are the standard WordPress login session cookies and anti-CSRF tokens needed to keep the site secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Confirm your appointments and send reminders (email and/or text, per the consent you gave).
  • Process payments and handle refunds where applicable.
  • Add the appointment to our internal calendar so Ryan Caswell can prepare for your session.
  • Respond to your messages and account requests.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not use your information for marketing without separate, explicit consent.

Third-Party Service Providers

To run the booking system we rely on a small number of trusted processors. Each receives only what’s needed to perform its function:

  • Square — processes card payments. Card details go directly to Square’s servers; we never touch them. See Square’s Privacy Notice.
  • Twilio — delivers appointment confirmation and reminder text messages. See Twilio’s Privacy Notice.
  • Google Calendar — stores the appointment so Ryan Caswell can see the schedule. The event title and time go to Google; payment information does not. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Venmo — only if you choose Venmo as your payment method. Venmo handles the transaction; we see only that payment was confirmed. See Venmo’s Privacy Policy.
  • Web hosting — the WordPress hosting provider stores the site database, which contains the records described above. Database access is restricted to Ryan Caswell and authorized administrators.

Text Messages

If you opt in to text-message updates, you’ll receive transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes) at the number you provide. Message frequency varies — typically two to four messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Replying HELP returns instructions on how to contact us.

Data Retention

We keep your booking records for up to seven years to satisfy state tax and recordkeeping requirements. After that, records are archived or deleted. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at castherapylmt@gmail.com; appointment records linked to closed accounts are retained in anonymized form for the same recordkeeping period.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Send you a copy of the information we have on file for you.
  • Correct information that’s out of date or wrong.
  • Delete your account.
  • Stop sending you reminder emails or text messages.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. A parent or guardian must be present for any session involving a minor.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted by email if you have an account with us.
